Description of project

IRS Scotland Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractors under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 The contract involved the fabric upgrading to 50 units of the Council’s existing housing stock which comprises two-storey semi-detached and terraced properties as well as cottage flats of traditional construction.

The project remit was for a full fabric upgrade including new a Wetherby insulated render system , New roof coverings including fascia and soffit removal and renewal , new rainwater goods , new canopies and finished off with some external painter works to complete the transformation, providing the residents of Aberdeen council with beautiful new buildings that not only look great but are also now super-efficient for the families to grow and prosper in a warm cosy environment.
